Registration for the annual U.S. Go Conference is now open! US Go Congress is also called the Go World Expo in North America. The number of participants can be as high as 500 every year, with various top Go players attending nation-wide. Due to the impact of the epidemic, both 2020 and 2021 USGCs were held online. In 2022, the in-person Go Congress returns!

The Eastern Youth Open (EYO) is a 4-round open youth tournament hosted by the New York Go Association for players at all levels under the age of 18. Since 2019, the EYO is a high-standard formal tournament that is easily accessible to players in North America.

Inspired by the popular series Hikaru No Go, students from the same school or educational institution should form teams of 3 to compete for their school and for prizes. In order to be eligible, players must attend school in North America and be under 19/currently enrolled in grades K-12. Maximum of 5 teams per institution. -- American Go Honor Society.
